What They Don’t Teach You About Real Estate
In real estate we are taught to use OPM and OPT in order to leverage the resources of others in order to extend and enhance our abilities. What separates real estate investors is if they are in the business; doing, doing doing, …. or overseeing seeing their business. Put another way, are you a slave to your business or master of it.
One of the best ways to achieve true financial freedom is to harness the power and automation of technology.
Real estate can be difficult if you don’t have the right tools.
But it can be downright frustrating if you don’t know what tools to use or how to use them.
A new product gets introduced every 12 hours.
You could spend hours surfing the internet for answers.
In the end you could be more frustrated.
“If you are not leveraging technology you’re missing the point of it.”
